The main objectives of the Third Party Monitoring and Data Collection Project are to:

• Provide independent third party and generic verification;

• Provide monitoring and programme research services;

• Provide real-time data collection and analysis;

• Carry out timely, targeted and detailed monitoring; and

• Reporting on UNDP interventions and those of its partners.
