Jacobs Consultancy developed a trusted partnership with INTEGEMS and appointed INTEGEMS as sub-consultant to provide logistical/technical support and technical input to the Copperbelt Energy Corporation Africa-Sierra Leone's (CECA-SL) Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) Power Plant Project in Kissy Dockyard, Freetown, including stakeholder and community consultation activities and submitting the ESIA report to the Environment Protection Agency (EPA-SL) jointly on behalf of Jacobs Consultancy and CECA-SL.
